Staff Accountant- Mobile, AL 

We are seeking to hire a full-time, experienced staff accountant. Duties include general journal entries, monthly closing entries, reconciliation of bank statements, reconciliation and posting of daily sales reports, and preparation and reporting of sales tax returns for multiple taxing jurisdictions.  Must be proficient in excel and have accounting knowledge. Appliance Installation and Delivery- Mobile, AL 

Our appliance division has an immediate opening for appliance installers and delivery drivers. You will assist with the delivery, installation and occasional repair of appliances in residential homes and commercial buildings in the Greater Mobile and Baldwin County area. Previous experience in appliance installation is required, as well as a clean MVR. We provide the tools and vehicle, you provide the great attitude! Building Materials Inside Sales Rep- Mobile, AL

We have an immediate need for an experienced, qualified inside sales person to sell building materials, hardware, millwork (windows, doors, trim), occasional roof trusses, etc. to contractors and retail customers in Mobile, Alabama. Must have proven sales experience in the building materials industry.  An ideal candidate will have a positive, pleasant, welcoming personality and exceptional customer service skills. The ability to communicate professionally and effectively with customers, colleagues, vendors, etc. is a must. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, quoting jobs, entering orders, assisting walk-in customers and contractors, attending sales meetings, product training, and staying informed on new products and promotions. This is a full time position, M-F, with some Saturday mornings. Compensation is draw against commission and only limited by the applicant's drive and work ethic. Building Materials Outside Sales Reps- Mississippi Coast, Mobile and Baldwin Counties, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa, Escambia Counties

We are seeking for immediate, full-time employment outside sales representatives to sell building materials, millwork, trusses, etc. in Mobile, AL and the surrounding areas as well as in the Pensacola market.

Skills necessary: strong sales background, knowledge of building materials, millwork and related products and ability to do an accurate and detailed material take-off. Must be personable and professional, computer literate with excellent verbal communication skills, self-motivated and possess a strong work ethic. Must be a self-started who requires limited supervision to succeed.

Responsibilities include: servicing of existing accounts, development of potential customer leads and opening of new accounts. Making effective sales presentations, preparing take-offs, estimates, price quotes and commitment to providing superior service.

Must be able to pass a criminal background check, pre-employment and random drug screens. Must possess a good driving record and demonstrated sales ability and experience.

Full-time, day and night shift positions available. Must be able to work in a factory setting, stand for long periods of time on concrete floors. Bending, stooping, reaching, and swinging a hammer are required.   • Must be DETAIL ORIENTED and have organizational and multi-tasking skills for efficient time and stress management
  • Ability to communicate professionally in both written and verbal mediums with people at all levels of the organization and customers.
  • Must have knowledge of billing processes, accounts receivable, computerized data entry, word-processing, and spreadsheet software, electronic communications, tax coding
  • Must have PROVEN LEADERSHIP SKILLS as well as analytic problem-solving skills.
  • Must be self-motivated to succeed and require minimal supervision
  • Building material industry knowledge a plus, but not required
